Wear New Zealand occasionally provides free or nominal shipping to most national and international destinations as part of its amazing customer service.  

Wear New Zealand also insures all parcels for maximum peace of mind to our valued clients. 

We choose the best method to send your order so that you can receive it in minimal time but we can arrange urgent courier deliveries at a surcharge if you care to email us, so we can quote.



All standard items purchased from Wear New Zealand are shipped as soon as they are manufactured.

In a post-Covid world, delivery times are guides only as we get back  on track with international freight routes, increased staffing levels and previous efficiencies. 

We ship using the following methods:

New Zealand Post
NZ: 1-3 working days
Australia: 6-10 or more working days
Rest of World: 10 or more working days.

Courier Post
NZ: 1-2 working days.  Rural deliveries may take longer

EMS Couriers
Australia: 3-5+ working days
Rest of World: 7+ working days

DHL, Fedex
By customer request - surcharges will apply*


Please Note The Following:

•  The above dates apply only after we have manufactured or collated your goods. The dates are are to be used solely as a guideline rather than  a definitive statement as we ship internationally and some countries have faster clearance times than others.

•  Tracking does not exist for air posted items.  There is tracking on couriered items and you will be given a number.

•  Pandemic restrictions, Inclement weather, Strikes, Airline delays, Public Holidays, Customs Clearance holdups and other similar occurrences are out of our control and hence we accept no liability for  holdups due to external factors such as these.

•  Duties, Sales Tax, or  Customs Clearance fees, if at all any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient in their own country as we do not govern the laws of the countries we send goods to.

•  We will not send goods to countries with little or no governmental infrastructure; or to countries where it is known that imported goods are likely to be seized or held indefinitely until corrupt levies are paid.

*  We cannot send to countries that the NZ Government has placed sanctions upon or countries that have unreliable or limited infrastructure.

*  If freight charges apply to some international destinations due to covid restrictions, war, disasters, upheaval, limited infrastructure, etc you will be advised beforehand to decide if you wish to pay the courier costs, send to a safer location pay the costs, or have the order cancelled.
