Houndstooth Pillow

Houndstooth or Dogtooth patterning has its origins in Scotland. Since then, Designers such as Chanel, Armani, Louis Vuitton and Moschino have used it in their wares.  It is  also a particular favourite in the Middle East and is incorporated into modern Bedouin design.

Here, multi hued natural grey possum fur is teamed with dramatic black to create a very complex repeat pattern that will have you intrigued the longer you look at it. Hand cut and matched, this is a very labour intensive collage of possum fur that is a work of art.

Lined inside; it also comes with a mock suede zipped backing, ready to fill with your own pillow inner.
